In the mornings, you can go for freshly baked bread in the local store, Supermercado Montemar, just 100m away.
For a large and very well-sorted supermarket, you have Consum at a distance of only 500m.
There are plenty of restaurants, pubs and other eating places in the area, mostly along the beach and the boardwalk, also just 100m away. Close enough for comfort, far enough to escape the noise when it is crowded.

In summer, the municipality has free exercise sessions on the beach several times a day, and on different beaches.
There is a tourist office just 100m from the apartment.
Cultural events are common, everything from music festivals to art exhibitions. Check with the tourist office for an updated agenda for your stay.
While you do have a parking space for your car at your disposal, you do not really need a car to get around. You could opt to take the bus to Castellon, which is the closest bigger town. The bus stop is right next to Supermercado Montemar.
For sports, you can rent a court for tennis or padel at a sporting center nearby, or rent bikes and go on the via verde along the coastline. Golf is 5km away, in Grau.
